Abuse and Misconduct Prevention

These documents contain abuse and misconduct prevention policies and standards for Paragon Spirit Productions. The intention of these documents is to clearly define our procedural standards and set clear expectations on the company culture. Participants and their guardians, coaches, and adults associated with the Paragon Spirit Productions must read and accept these Policies.

This policy is designed specifically for the protection of participants. As part of Paragon Spirit Productions’ emphasis on safety and athlete protection communications involving any participant, and especially our minor participants, should be appropriate, productive, transparent and observable.

This policy establishes how Paragon Spirit Productions, its subsidiary companies, insurers, directors, officers, employees, staff, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Company”) will prevent the physical, emotional, and sexual abuse of children and youth by its employees. Paragon Spirit Productions seeks to create a welcoming and nurturing environment and has zero tolerance for those whose actions may jeopardize the safety, health or innocence of a minor.
